ALIGN & STRETCH
The Align & Stretch yoga class will focus on how to use correctly execute classical yoga postures. The class will improve body-mind connection while improving flexibility & strength in a mindful way.
What Can I Expect?
A slower approach to practicing stranding and floor based yoga postures. The perfect class to improve flexibility, clear your mind and destress.
Postures are held for longer periods to help you learn the correct alignment of key yoga exercises. You will be introduced to breathing techniques, mindful movement and meditation.
How Will I Feel?
The class will challenge your strength, improve flexibility and finish by calming the mind with relaxation techniques.
Is it for Me?
This is suitable for all levels & is especially good for those new to Yogalife as you will learn all foundational postures & breathing techniques.
Will There Be Any Chanting?
Class may close with an OM but there’s no chanting.
