A soundtrack of uplifting music will set the scene for you to train every inch of your body in this fast paced, high intensity workout. It is excellent for building upper body strength and flexibility as well as being great for toning the core muscles.

What’s Involved?
Lots of upper body strength work, a mix of ancient yoga traditions with cutting edge exercise routines. 

How Will I Feel?
You will burn fat, tone up, improve muscle strength & flexibility.  Be prepared to sweat & burn away all the stresses of the day.  The practice closes with a well earned relaxation!

Is it for Me?
It’s a high intensity class, heated and a sweat fest! So not suitable for complete beginners.

Will There Be Any Chanting?
Class may close with an OM but there’s no chanting.
