What Can I Expect?
A slow, nourishing & less active class. The perfect class to improve flexibility, clear your mind and destress.

What’s Involved?
No flow. Restorative postures often use props, are held for longer periods & carefully selected to help improve joint pain & stretch your body from head to toe.

How Will I Feel?
Super relaxed & calm. The class will open up your hips, lower back, chest and shoulders.

Is it for Me?
This class focuses on relaxation of the mind and body – you will not burn fat here! The class is suitable for beginners but also seasoned yoga students who want to improve their flexibility.

Will There Be Any Chanting?
Class may close with an OM but there’s no chanting.
